Selling Cross Platform Partnerships – APRIL 14, 2016

Clients are increasingly looking for ways to achieve ‘stand-out’ for their brands in a crowded market.  As content driven marketing increases in popularity media owners are well placed to create compelling content for clients that reaches audiences in an engaging, entertaining way regardless of device.

This one-day workshop is designed to help sales people develop market leading cross platform proposals for clients across native, social, events, video, sponsorship etc.

The course is delivered by Mary Langan, a highly experienced media sales trainer who works with Immediate Media the UK’s 3rd largest magazine publisher; Global Radio; River Street events (organisers of the BBCGoodFoodShows); Exterion Outdoor; Cogora B2B Media; JC Decaux and is a PPA UK preferred trainer.

  • Understanding the marketing communications challenges faced by your clients
  • What media agencies and clients want from partnerships?
  • Using insight to build the case for your brands
  • Understanding the value of your media- which media suits which objectives- we look at print, digital, social, video native and look at case studies of how they are used in the best way
  • How to generate a pitch theme or ‘core thought’
  • What makes compelling content
  • Amplifying your idea across media
  • What’s current in the marketplace
  • Writing winning proposals
  • Selling your ideas in
  • How to measure R.O.I

By the end of the course delegates should feel confident they can pitch medium to large partnerships deals to clients and agencies.

Delegates on this course should have a minimum of one year’s media sales experienced.
