Editing A Magazine In A Recession – Why Editors and Sales Teams Must Work Together.

You and your editors/sales managers are invited to a “Lunch and Learn” meeting at 12.30pm on Wednesday 18 March 2009 at Magazines Ireland offices.

Collaboration and co-operation between editorial and sales teams makes sense when advertising is buoyant, but during a recession there is an even greater need for teamwork. This working lunch will discuss some of the areas where editorial and sales teams can work together and also some of the conflicts that may arise. The meeting will be chaired by Colin Kerr of Eurotimes. The meeting include a sandwich lunch and will be finished by 2pm.
